Guidelines

 

• Type your guest list exactly as you would want your outer and inner (if applicable) envelopes addressed.  Centered or Left-justified format preferably in Word.

         (Click the Invitation Etiquette dropdown tab found under Guidelines for guidance).

 

• This printed list should accompany your envelopes.

 

• Please include an extra 10%-20% envelopes (minimum), after all fine calligraphy is an art form.

 

•  Invitations should be mailed six to eight weeks in advance so plan accordingly.

 

• Turn around time depends on the amount of invitations and my schedule.  Please contact me regarding the number of invitations and I will be more happy to give you a estimated time of completion.  Generally for 100 or less invitations I can have them completed in 1 week.  101-200 invitations -- 2 weeks.  201-300 invitations -- 3 weeks.

 

• All work is scheduled on a first come, first serve basis (unless booked ahead) and is double checked for accuracy.

 

• Preferred payment method is cash but I do accept local checks.

 

• Rush orders are accepted and subject to an additional fee.  Any projects needing completion sooner than 3 days are subject to a $25 rush fee.
